My wife and I moved to New River 10 years ago so we would have room for our horses.  We were like so many before us who are continually forced to move from what was originally farm and ranch country.  Forced by the influx of people who say they want the country life...then complain about it when they get there!
I don’t want to see that happen to New River and Desert Hills.  This area can be a shining example of what can be done to save a beautiful lifestyle in the face of intense pressures from the outside.  It will take hard work and ingenuity, but it can be done.

I have no interest in controlling any of the wonderful people in this area who have chosen the same lifestyle that my wife and I now enjoy.  I want to control the big money entities that are steamrolling their way northward.   They will take everything they can from us to line their own pockets and leave us twisting in the wind.
